The Consulting level includes a defined scope, clear deliverables, and no ambiguity. We scope it together before anything starts, and if something changes, we talk about it first.

  • For orgs that have a specific question, a difficult situation, or a decision with more complexity than they have capacity to hold alone. No long-term commitment required. Some organizations need exactly this and nothing more while others start here and find their way into something longer. Either is completely fine.

Why Postscript?

Kadi has dedicated the last 15 years to providing HR support to a variety of organizations in varying industries. She’s supported several mission-driven organizations (e.g. science museums, social justice nonprofits, high education nonprofits, etc.) and has a strong HR consultancy background. She recently moved from the U.S. to the Netherlands with her family. Though she lives and works abroad, she is dedicated to serving U.S. based nonprofits and cultural institutions that deserve the same quality of HR support that larger institutions take for granted. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
